Your data is stored on our online environment that runs entirely within Microsoft Azure which is ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001 certified and secured by a sha256bit SSL certificate. If your personal information is held at YourBI, we use computer systems with limited access in locations with physical security measures.

Integrity and retention period of personal data

YourBI makes it easy for you to keep your personal data accurate, complete and up-to-date. The criteria to determine the retention period of your personal data are: (a) the duration of the agreement with YourBI, (b) the existence of a legal retention obligation or period or (c) the existence of a (potential) claim or dispute in connection with which the data should be retained. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Access to your personal information
